As the Chef of Royal Hotel Tain, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the kitchen operations related to Indian cuisine. Your culinary expertise, creativity, and leadership skills will play a crucial role in maintaining the highest standards of food quality, menu innovation, and kitchen efficiency.

Create and develop authentic and innovative Indian dishes that delight our guests and reflect our commitment to excellence.
Plan, design, and manage the Indian cuisine menu, ensuring a balanced selection of appetizers, main courses, and desserts.
Train, mentor, and supervise kitchen staff, ensuring they adhere to quality and safety standards while fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
Manage kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating, to maintain consistent quality and presentation.
Control food costs by efficiently managing inventory, portion sizes, and waste reduction strategies.
Collaborate with other department heads to ensure smooth overall restaurant operations and exceptional guest experiences.
Stay updated with industry trends, techniques, and best practices in Indian cuisine to continuously enhance the menu and offerings.
Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen environment, following all health and safety regulations.
Contribute to the development of seasonal and special event menus to keep the offerings fresh and exciting for regular and new customers.

Proven experience as a Chef, with a focus on Indian cuisine.
In-depth knowledge of Indian culinary traditions, flavors, spices, and cooking techniques.
Creativity and a passion for creating unique and memorable dining experiences.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide kitchen staff.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to handle a high-pressure kitchen environment and make informed decisions on the spot.
Understanding of food cost control, inventory management, and kitchen efficiency.
Relevant culinary qualifications and certifications are a plus.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional guest experiences through efficient check-in/check-out processes, handling guest inquiries and concerns, managing reservations, and overseeing the restaurant and bar services. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the front desk, reservations, check-ins, and check-outs.
